Partner Program Terms

Effective for all referrals. We may update these terms with notice; continued participation means acceptance.

Commission

You earn 20% of the net sale value (excluding taxes, and any processing or currency fees) on every BidGovPro edition and add-on purchased by customers you refer — for the lifetime of that customer, not just their first order.

Attribution & cookie window

Referrals are tracked with a first-party cookie for 30 days from the click (last click wins). Once a referred visitor makes their first purchase, that customer is permanently attributed to you, so their future upgrades and add-ons continue to earn — even outside the 30-day window.

When commissions are approved

A commission posts as pending the moment a referred sale completes. It becomes approved after the customer's 30-day refund window closes with no refund or chargeback. Refunded or charged-back orders have their commission reversed.

Payouts

Approved commissions are paid monthly to your chosen method (e.g. PayPal or Zelle), with a $50 minimum payout. Balances below the minimum roll over to the next month. Keep your payout details current in your dashboard.

Program rules

  • No self-referrals — commissions are not paid on your own purchases.
  • No bidding on BidGovPro brand terms in paid search, and no cookie stuffing, spam, or unsolicited bulk messaging.
  • No misleading, deceptive, or unauthorized claims about BidGovPro, its features, pricing, or results.
  • No trademark or copyright infringement; represent the product honestly and disclose your affiliate relationship where required (e.g. FTC disclosure).
  • We may withhold or reverse commissions and suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or violations of these terms.
